All I can really say (about our event at Deerfield) is that it was "just great" Everything went perfect and I couldn't have been more pleased. I want to particularly commend Steven, the young man who directed the set-up and serving staff. He was absolutely "tremendous". He was attentive to every last detail and any request we had for him was handled promptly and with a positive "can-do" approach. I was really impressed with this young man and feel you have an outstanding employee in him. All the serving staff (was) also excellent. They worked hard and did a great job.

Certainly my compliments go out to Chef Paul for the outstanding meal that he served us. The Chicken Marsala was just fantastic. I was also very impressed with the "kid's table" as well, and I could tell they really enjoyed the chicken fingers (and) macaroni and cheese.

All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with everything. You can be assured that we were very pleased with the Deerfield Golf and Tennis Club and will certainly return again next year.
