Policies & Procedures
- Tee times may be booked 14 days in advance for DE residents,
7 days in advance for non-residents.
- Online tee time booking is limited to groups consisting of more than one
or fewer than eight players. For single players or groups larger than
eight, please call the Pro Shop directly at 302-368-6640 ext. 3.
- Only groups of three or more may book for weekend & holiday tee times.
- For same-day tee time bookings please call the Pro Shop directly
at 302-368-6640
ext. 3.
Cancellation Policy
For tee time modifications or cancellations please call the
Pro Shop at
302-368-6640 ext. 3 no later than 24 hours prior
to the scheduled start time. Should a group short-show or no-show
for the reserved tee time, the Club reserves the right to charge your
credit card full green fees for the missing player(s). If you need further
assistance scheduling a tee time, please call the Pro Shop to report any
potential difficulties at your earliest opportunity.
Weather
In the event of inclement weather,
please call the Pro Shop at
302-368-6640 ext. 3 to see if the course
is closed. If the course is open, you can count on your tee time remaining in effect.
Specials and discounts
When you make an online tee time reservation, you are using your credit
card to hold the tee time at the rack rate. Your credit card is not charged
until the day of play. Any discounts or reductions to which you are entitled
will be calculated before your credit card is charged.
Dress Code Policy
Guests of Deerfield Golf & Tennis Club are required
to observe good taste and dress appropriately for the golf course. Items
of clothing such as cargo pants and cargo shorts (baggy clothing with large
pockets in the top of the knee), tank tops, tee shirts, denim, and other
items deemed so by the golf shop staff are considered inappropriate. Hats
must be worn in their “traditional” style – brims to the
front. Anyone dressed inappropriately will be asked to make the proper
adjustment to his or her attire prior to the start of the round. Thank
